BIRHA.ai (Birha, we, our, or us) operates a data contribution platform where contributors complete capture tasks (for example, road, voice, and daily-scenario recordings) to support AI training datasets. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect
1) Account information: name, phone/email, authentication identifiers.
2) Contributor submissions: photos, videos, audio, metadata, and task context.
3) Device and usage data: app version, device model, diagnostics, timestamps, and anti-fraud/security logs.
4) Payment and payout information: UPI and/or bank details needed to process contributor payouts.

How we use information
• To operate the app, assign tasks, review submissions, and calculate rewards.
• To create, improve, and deliver datasets and AI workflows.
• To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and enforce policies.
• To process payments, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Data sharing
We share information only where necessary, including with service providers that help us run Birha (for example cloud hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, and payment operations), and when required by law. We do not sell personal identity data.

Data retention
We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, fulfill contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce policies. Retention periods may differ by data type and regulatory requirement.

Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account-linked personal data, subject to legal and operational limits. You can also contact us for consent withdrawal or privacy-related questions.

Security
We apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. No system is completely secure, but we continuously monitor and improve our controls.

Children
Birha is not intended for children under the age required by local law to provide valid consent.
