Terms of service

Effective date: April 24, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of BIRHA.ai websites, mobile applications, contributor tools, and related services.

By using Birha, you agree to follow task instructions, submit lawful content, and provide accurate account and payout details. You are responsible for maintaining security of your account credentials and devices used to access the service.

Contributor submissions (including images, audio, video, and related metadata) may be reviewed for quality, policy compliance, and fraud detection. Approved submissions become part of Birha's dataset and delivery workflows under the contributor and customer terms applicable to the task.

Rewards and payouts are subject to task rules, review outcomes, anti-abuse checks, and payment partner availability. Birha may delay or reject payouts where required for policy, legal, tax, or fraud reasons.

You must not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operations. Birha may suspend or terminate access for policy violations.

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Birha disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Birha after updates means you accept the revised terms.
